Why CrossFit Sanford? There is no doubt that CrossFit has hit the main stream. Everyone is doing it. You see it in commercials, you hear about "The Games" and you without a doubt have a friend who posts about it all the time!
So here we are. Bringing CrossFit to the Sanford and surrounding areas! CrossFit Sanford has created an environment that lends itself to promoting health and fitness. We have trainers that specialize in gymnastics, nutrition, olympic lifting, proper running technique, injury prevention and rehab, just to name a few. With every session, you get a personal training environment in a group setting. It is not uncommon to see a mother of 3 working out next to a special forces soldier and the mutual respect is evident. With high intensity, constantly varied movements that are scalable to any degree of athleticism, your body is constantly reacting to different movements and strengths. August 13th, 2013. strength: push press. 5X5@75%, 3x3@80%, 3X1@90%. WOD: 10-9-8...3-2-1. Deadlift (155/225), Over the bar burpees, box jump (24/30). 100 meter sprint after each set.
August 12th, 2013. Skill: Squat Clean. 5X3@75%, 3X1@90%. WOD: 4 rounds. 10 power cleans (115/165), 20 K2E, 30 double unders.

August 5th, 2013 Skill: Balance Beam Work. WOD: 4RFT. 10 single arm bent over row (1/1.5), 10 med ball box jump (14/20/20/24), 10 KB Clean and Jerk, 100 meter med ball sprint.
August 4th, 2013 Skill: FS. 3X8 @ 75%, 1X5@80%. WOD: 2RFT 10 Power cleans (95/135), 30 Wall Balls (14/20), 20 pullups, 30 Wall Balls, 10 Power Cleans, rest 3 minutes between rounds.
